EPL: Liverpool told to sign Super Eagles striker, Onuachu

Genk technical director, Dimitri de Conde, has advised Liverpool to look at signing Paul Onuachu.

Red's boss, Jurgen Klopp, had chosen not to add Onuachu to his squad in the just concluded summer transfer window.

In January next year, Liverpool will lose Sadio Mane and Mohammed Salah, because of the Africa Cup of Nations.

This will leave Roberto Firmino as the only recognised number nine at Anfield.

Genk told Het Belang van Limburg: "Did you see Liverpool against Chelsea? Liverpool has the best strikers, but none with the same profile as Onuachu.

"He would have scored against 10 men.

"I'm not saying that Paul would play 90 minutes every week in Liverpool, but a club like that could really use him."
