EPL: Salah takes decision on leaving Liverpool, hails Real Madrid, Barcelona

Liverpool ace, Mohamed Salah, has ruled out any opportunity of leaving the club this season, amid interests from Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Salah said he remains focused on performing for Liverpool, despite admitting that Real Madrid and Barcelona are' top clubs'.

The 28-year-old, who has drawn the interest of the La Liga clubs in the past, has been in fine form for Jurgen Klopp's side this season.

Salah's current contract at Liverpool will expire in 2023.

The Egyptian international has netted 13 goals and registered three assists in 13 Premier League games for the Reds so far, following his brace in Liverpool's 7-0 win over Crystal Palace over the weekend.

Speaking about his future at Liverpool amid interests from Real Madrid and Barcelona, Salah told AS: "I think Madrid and Barcelona are two top clubs.

"Who knows what will happen in the future, but right now I'm focused on winning the Premier League and the Champions League with Liverpool again.

"That's a tough question [how long I will stay at Liverpool], but right now I can say that everything is in the hands of the club.

"Of course I want to break records here and, I repeat, all the club records, but everything is in the hands of the club."

Salah will hope to continue his impressive display for Klopp's side when they host West Brom in the Premier League on 27 December.
