Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo has finally returned to training with his Juventus teammates after two months of no football in Italy and many parts of Europe.

Coronavirus pandemic forced Ronaldo to stay in his home country where he was on lock down with his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez and children.

Cristiano Ronaldo was scared then to return back to Italy after news emerged that three of his teammates Paulo Dybala, Daniele Rugani and Blaise Matuidi contracted the virus.

The former Real Madrid star eventually made a return to Italy last two weeks with his family and had to isolate himself for two weeks.

While Ronaldo was working on his footwork in the garden with his first son, team-mates such as Aaron Ramsey, Juan Cuadrado and Giorgio Chiellini were back on the training ground.

And now that the five time Ballon d'Or winner has returned to training, it will be a good one for Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri to have him back.

Although sporting activities have been banned in Italy until June 15, but Juventus and other Serie A clubs will carry on with training with hopes of them returning to action soon.

Sarri and his wards were last in competitive action behind-closed-doors against title rivals Inter Milan on March 8, a game they won 2-0 after goals from Ramsey and Dybala.
