Eden Hazard names the only Chelsea star he wants to play with at Real Madrid

Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard is reportedly planning to convince N'golo Kante and follow him to Real Madrid this summer.

The Russia 2018 bronze medal winning attacker has been linked with a switch to the Santiago Bernabeu since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo last August.

With the Belgian anointed to take over from where the Portuguese left before joining Juventus in a mega money deal.

Having failed to pen a new deal with his present Premier League club, Hazard has given Los Blancos hope of chasing him again once the summer transfer opens later this year.

However, the Blues star, who has about 18 months on his current deal with the Stamford Bridge outfit wants to start a new life in Spain with Kante according to Daily Star.

The Frenchman was instrumental to Leicester City's Premier League triumph in 2016, and has also been regarded as one of the best holding midfielders in the world.

He joined Chelsea before the start of the 2016-17 season and also won the EPL title under Antonio Conte in 2017, while scooping the Premier League Player of the Year prize for his performances.

However, the arrival of new boss Maurizio Sarri has seen the Frenchman function in a new position, with Jorginho slotting into his favourite position.

And after playing for about two and a half season, Hazard knows too well what Kante can bring to a team though and is now hoping he follows him to the Spanish capital.

Speaking in the summer, Hazard said: " I play all year with Kante. He is the best in the world in his position. When he is at his best, you have a 95 per cent chance to win the game. "

But prising Kante away from Chelsea will be no easy task with the 27-year-old under contract with the west London outfit until 2023.

Kante's stunning displays have seen him linked with a switch to Paris Saint-Germain, but he confirmed last year he was happy at Stamford Bridge.

"There was no urge to go elsewhere after the World Cup, " he said.

"There were other clubs interests but after talking to Chelsea, things were clear. The club is counting on me and I feel good. The next logical step was to continue to Chelsea.

"There were some contacts [from PSG]. But after a discussion with Chelsea I realised that the main thing was to feel good where I was. I am at Chelsea. It's good for me to stay at Chelsea."
